Frequently Asked Questions

What is required to make a reservation?
Check availability with us directly by submitting the electronic form on the "contact us" page.   We will need to know the name of the party leader, the
number of people in the group, requested dates of your stay, if you have any additional needs (crib, highchair, etc.) and how to contact you to confirm.  
Upon confirmation, you will be asked to complete the required registration form to be kept on file in our property managers' office.

What time is check-in & check-out?
Ordinarily, the unit will be available for check-in at around 4:00 p.m.  Your check out-time is 10:00 a.m. on your departure date.  A vacation home requires
more time to clean than a hotel room does, so please help us prepare for our next guests by checking out on time.

How close is Windsor Palms to Disney Theme Parks?
We are one of the closest!  It will genuinely take you just over 5 minutes to get to Disney!

How close are other attractions such as Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & Sea World?  
Universal and Sea World are just 20-25 minutes away.

Is transportation available to the parks?
Transportation is available to most theme parks and several shopping malls (at an additional charge).  The time table is displayed inside the Windsor
Palms on-site sundry shop, which changes monthly.

Can I access the Internet during my stay?
Yes!  FREE high speed Internet is provided right in our condo.  Just bring your laptop, connect & access attraction information, menus from local
restaurants and everything the Internet has to offer.  If you do not bring a laptop with you, Internet/computer access is available in the business center,
located in the clubhouse (at an additional charge.)  Please check with the clubhouse office for current usage rates.

Do you allow pets?
Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Is smoking allowed?
In accordance with Florida state laws, all properties and communal areas are designated "No Smoking" areas.  No smoking is permitted inside the
home.

Do you provide air conditioning and heat?
Yes, the home is fully air-conditioned and has heat.  This is included in our rates.

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, ample clean linens & towels are provided.

Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, our home has a washer, dryer, iron & ironing board for your convenience.

Is the property cleaned daily?
The property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure of each of our guests.  Please contact our property manager with any special requests.

Where do we pick up the keys?
Upon receipt of your balance in full, along with your completed registration form, you will be sent an "arrival pack" with directions to the property and a
lock box code for our condo.  Therefore, there is no need to "check in" at a separate location - You will be sent directly to the property address where you
will find the lock box to access the key.

What if something breaks?
Contact our property managers.  They maintain our home in tip top condition on our behalf.  Their contact information is located on our "contact us" page
and you will find their information easily accessible during your stay in our home in the unlikely event you suffer a problem. ( A binder of information is
located on the coffee table in the family room.)

How many people can stay in the unit?
Florida state license dictates how many people we can allow into our home.  Our home can accommodate 6 people comfortably in the dining area and
has three bedrooms - one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds.

Are all the resort amenities included in the price?
Yes.  All resort amenities are free to our guests.

Does the unit have a phone?
Yes.  Local calls are free and long distance calls require a calling card for usage.

What supplies do I need to bring or provide?
We do supply start-up supplies of soap and toilet tissue.  However, because your experience in the home is considered "self-catering," any start up
supplies that are exhausted during your stay cannot be resupplied, such as paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and any
other items you might desire which are not provided.  Please bring beach/pool towels if you plan to use the pool and hot tub facilities, as bathroom
towels should not be used for this purpose.  Please note that if you ordered a "crib," a portable "Pack N Play" is provided and you will need to provide the
linens for this item.
